Introduction
This Portfolio demonstrates my ability to use Microsoft Office to create, organize, and present content in a useful, interesting format. While, all of the content was designed for use in the classroom and most of my experience comes from years of Substitute Teaching and Homebound Instruction these skills and my experience can be an asset to your organization. As a Homebound Instructor for Council Rock School District, I have taught most of the District’s secondary Social Studies curriculum; at times four different subjects a week for a year. In addition, I have experience working one-on-one with students and parents. In sum, I can multitask independently to meet many different needs.
As a Substitute Teacher for Council Rock School District, I have had a variety of experiences in many academic areas, such as Social Studies, Industrial Technology, TV Production and many areas of Special Education. Substituting in these areas has provided the opportunity observe the interrelationships among them and their importance to students. Overall, I adapt to change, work well in groups and teams, and will do what is necessary to complete a task. Given my experience, I believe I would be an asset to your organization.
